Service Description
The Normatec Hip Attachment provides next-level compression to your lower back and hip area so you can warm up and recover faster. Two overlapping zones create compression massage that covers the quads, hamstrings, IT bands, glutes, and lower back, and two adjustable buckles ensure a snug and secure fit that's just right for you.
Cancellation Policy
At least a 24-hour notice if you cannot attend your scheduled appointment is required. Failure to notify us of your inability to attend or arriving more than 5 minutes late will result in the forfeiture of the pre-purchased service. Our staffing is based on the schedule, and not showing up not only incurs costs for Advantage Wellness Studio, but is also prevents other Advantage Wellness members from utilizing those time slots. We understand unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you need to cancel at the last minute, please give us a call, we will allow an early cancellation up to once a month without any loss of the prepaid service. However, repeated late cancellations will result in the loss of the prepaid service. Our scheduling system at Advantage Wellness Studio involves arranging services every 5-10 minutes. Given our tight schedule, we are unable to carry out a scheduled service or treatment if you arrive more than 5 minutes late. In such cases, the appointment you are tardy for will be canceled. Persistent tardiness (more than 1 late appointment within a 30-day period) will result in forfeiture of payment, as it poses a financial loss for Advantage Wellness Studio. Members please note: After the first no-call no-show or a scheduled appointment, you will be charged a $25 fee to the card on file.
