Late Cancellation, No-Show & Late Arrival Policies:

At Advantage Wellness Studio, LLC, our mission is to make wellness services accessible, affordable, and convenient so you can feel your best and do more of what you love. To maintain a smooth and fair scheduling system for all clients, we have the following policies in place:

Late Cancellation Policy

  • Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance without penalty.

  • If a cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the appointment start time, a fee equal to 25% of the regular non-member service price will be charged to the payment method on file.

  • Any credits used to book the appointment will be returned only if cancellation occurs outside the 24-hour window.

No-Show Policy

  • Missed appointments without prior notice will incur a fee equal to 50% of the regular non-member service price, charged to the payment method on file.

Late Arrival Policy

  • If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • We observe a 5-minute grace period; after that, services may need to be abbreviated.

  • If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, we may be unable to accommodate your appointment, and you may be asked to reschedule. In such cases, late cancellation fees may apply.

  • Whole Body Cryotherapy

  • Localized Cryotherapy

  • LED Cryo Face Mask

  • Cocoon Sauna Pod

  • Infrared Sauna

  • LED Light Therapy

Refund Policy:

  • We do not provide refunds for services already rendered.

  • Prepaid services, packages, and memberships are non-refundable.

  • Rescheduling is permitted in accordance with the above cancellation policies.
